We manufacture mid-to-heavyweight knits engineered for streetwear and casualwear, with fabric weight, composition, and construction tuned to your product's function and retail price point. Our standardized fabric families are French Terry (280–400 GSM), brushed fleece (300–550 GSM), and jersey (180–260 GSM), plus bonded and technical shells for lightweight outerwear.

French Terry — 280 to 400 GSM

French Terry is a loopback knit with a smooth face and a lightly looped back. We run 320–350 GSM for breathable everyday hoodies and 380–400 GSM for structured, premium heavyweight blanks that hold their shape after repeated wash. It is the workhorse for pullover and zip hoodies where drape and durability matter.

Brushed Fleece — 300 to 550 GSM

Brushed fleece has a napped interior brushed for softness and warmth, ideal for cold-weather layers. We offer 300–380 GSM mid-weight for transitional seasons and 450–550 GSM premium sherpa and polar fleece for winter jackets and loungewear. Both are low-pilling and colorfast to industrial wash cycles.

Composition & Sustainability

Every family is available in 100% combed cotton, cotton-poly blends (60/40 and 65/35), and GRS-certified recycled fibers. All dyes and finishes are OEKO-TEX 100 compliant, and we maintain a library of 200+ fabrics so we can match a reference garment or develop a custom blend to your hand-feel and cost target.
