For confirmed quality issues caused in production, we offer a free replacement in your next order or a proportional credit note — your choice. Claims are reviewed case by case using the pre-shipment inspection report as the baseline.

Yes. We routinely provide third-party test reports from SGS, Intertek, or BV covering fabric composition, colorfastness, formaldehyde, and AZO content. Reach, Phthalates, and GRS (recycled) certificates are available on request. Reports are issued per bulk lot and can be attached to your shipment documentation for customs and marketplace compliance.

Every order passes a four-stage QC process: incoming fabric inspection, in-line checking during production, final random inspection, and packing audit. We inspect to AQL 2.5 (major) / 4.0 (minor) by default, aligned with international retail standards. A full inspection report with photos is shared before shipment, and stricter AQL levels can be arranged on request.
