Sampling follows three simple steps: (1) share your design, tech pack, or reference garment; (2) we develop a proto sample using your specified fabric and trims within 7 to 10 days; (3) you review and request revisions. The first proto sample is charged a nominal fee that is deductible from your bulk deposit. Bulk production starts only after you approve the final sample.

We stand behind our production. If defective goods are found, send photos and a defect-rate report within 30 days of delivery. For confirmed quality issues caused in production, we offer a free replacement in your next order or a proportional credit note — your choice. Claims are reviewed case by case using the pre-shipment inspection report as the baseline.

Yes. We routinely provide third-party test reports from SGS, Intertek, or BV covering fabric composition, colorfastness, formaldehyde, and AZO content. Reach, Phthalates, and GRS (recycled) certificates are available on request. Reports are issued per bulk lot and can be attached to your shipment documentation for customs and marketplace compliance.

Every order passes a four-stage QC process: incoming fabric inspection, in-line checking during production, final random inspection, and packing audit. We inspect to AQL 2.5 (major) / 4.0 (minor) by default, aligned with international retail standards. A full inspection report with photos is shared before shipment, and stricter AQL levels can be arranged on request.

We work with US, EU, and UK sizing standards and can follow your provided size chart exactly. If you have a tech pack (PDF/AI with measurements, construction, and BOM), we produce strictly to spec and return a graded size set for sign-off. For new brands without a tech pack, our pattern team can develop one from your reference garment.

Yes. We provide full OEM/ODM branding: embroidery (flat or 3D puff), screen printing, DTG, heat transfer, and woven labels. Share your logo file (AI/PDF/PNG) and preferred placement. A pre-production branding sample is included in the sampling stage so you can verify stitch density, color accuracy, and placement before the bulk run.
